Revlon colour stay

I got me some of this today,I picked it up in natural tan, instead of my usual maybelline dream satin liquid (which I love) But I just wanted to try something new, plus it was 3 for 2 in superdrug.Which may I just add,I don't know what the hell was wrong with me today, even though it was 3 for 2 I only picked this up,I was so confused as to what else to buy, that's not good-im losing my make up mojo

This foundation is apparently a dupe to a mac foundation, but for the life of me I cant remember the name,I think its studio something.Anyhoo Iv heard that this foundation is one not to budge,Which is good because I have to say my maybelline one always seems to have gone after a few hours,so im intrigued to see how this one compares, flawless skin that lasts all day,you cant really complain

So anyway,Ive put some on one of my cheeks, and its ok,but im not sure it compares to my maybelline, but one swatch isnt enough to judge it by so I will give it a bit more of a chance than that

If any of you have used this and you think your comments will make me feel happy about my purchase, pleas go ahead and leave one letting me know how you got on with it yada yada yada.....

: )

  1. This is my favourite foundation, I much prefer it to me MAC SFF. I would say with this however it dries really quickly!! I only apply it to each area at a time. xx

  2. I've used it and reviewed it on my blog. I absolutely love this foundation, and will probably repurchase many more times. A little goes a very long way, and its best used with a dense kabuki or flat mineral brush. Even if I don't use setting powder, it still stays on all day. It's genius. Hope you like it as much as I do!

  3. Ooh I forgot to mention that I do tend to break out if I use this every single day, so I save it for the weekends. I use my MAC Studio Fix Powder Fdn on weekdays.

  4. This is my foundation of choice at the moment.

  5. I bought this one recently too (in the 3 for 2) and wasn't sure at first as the application was a bit awkward. But I really like it now that I have figured out how to apply it. I pour a bit onto a make-up sponge, apply all over with foundation brush and then use the make-up sponge to buff it in and blend. Really love this - especially after seeing some pics from the work xmas party and my skin looked flawless! I'm going to give it a full review on my blog in the next couple of days.

  6. @beautyjunkie-really I will defo try it that way

  7. i recently brought this as a lot of people mentioned how good it was for staying power.. i find that it works best applied with a flat foundation brush , i do normally have to build up coverage but im a high coverage kinda gal, i think setting it with a powder is a must too. Im quite liking it to be honest.. i work 8 hours shifts and it stays on pretty well for me i think im going to use this as my everyday foundation until i find something better.
